I’m Kate. I live in Portland, Oregon with my two dogs. I love rainy weather. I’m a (very) amateur photographer, and when I’m not out prowling with my camera, I’m writing. My books include Playing in the Apocalypse, A Shack On the Outskirts of Heaven, Stolen Son, and Zen Flowers. My interests are many and include writing, dogs, photography, gardening, sustainable living, world music, indigenous cultures, and archaeology.

Hi Katie,😃
My name is David, my real name is Patrick. I was born in ’70, lived in Cave Junction in ’74 or there abouts. All i remember was it was below the main road, heavy foilage n washed our clothes in the river. Yes there was a bridge, above that river. My mom was a hippie i guess we recently relocated from the bay area to stay with her sister there. No power or water, all hot wood stoves and such. Anyhow that was the last I remember. Her name was Carol Lee 😃
